It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. (Unknown)

Specializing in Stress Management
Whether your goal is to decrease symptoms of physical illness, remove the emotional charge on traumatic memories, enhance athletic performance or to simply make room in your life for some peace of mind, it is my pleasure to assist you. A practitioner of the healing arts for over fifteen years, my goal has always been to help clients resolve their presenting conditions quickly. In my opinion, a successful healing strategy is one that minimizes client expense by encouraging quick resolution and self reliance.

EFT, and it’s emotional freedom offspring, are simply the most dynamic healing tools I have ever encountered; clients can learn the procedure rapidly, so they are able to work on their own bringing more speed and self reliance to the process. EFT works over the phone. Advantages to phone work are: some clients discover it is easier to be frank and open regarding their problems, and there is greater flexibility in choosing a practitioner.

The EFT Discovery Statement is: The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. Stress is a negative emotional response to life’s concerns. By changing one’s response to these stressors, physical symptoms can frequently be reduced, sometimes even eliminated. EFT is a simple method of acupressure that removes energy disruptions in acupuncture meridians by tapping in prescribed locations on the body. And it works without the use of needles or physical discomfort.

Emotional freedom techniques are new and experimental. While they are often very effective, frequently working where other strategies do not, they do not work the same way for everyone. While these techniques are easily learned, true effectiveness in uncovering and defusing the cause of problems may well be influenced by the ability of a competent practitioner. EFT and other emotional freedom techniques are no substitute for proper medical care. The advice of your physician should be followed regarding the possible changing of dosages, discontinuing any medication, or with regards to any other recommendations your personal physician may have made. All new clients will be required to agree to these conditions before receiving EFT coaching. For clients receiving services over the phone, advance payment for the first session through PayPal on this website will be considered acceptance of these conditions. For all others release forms will be made available.

Judith Jackson, C. Ht., EFT-ADV is not a licensed health care provider. In addition to completing basic and advanced training in the art of administering EFT, she has attended in depth training offered by EFT founder Gary Craig. She is also a graduate of the Clinical Hypnotherapy Program at Ohio Academy of Holistic Health, a Reiki Master in the Usui Lineage, and currently practices combining the use of EFT with other healing modalities.

Fees and Methods of Payment

In general I charge 65 dollars for a one hour session. Since sessions frequently do not last that long, the break down is 35 dollars for the first half hour or part thereof, and 10 dollars for each additional 10 minute increment. Most clients find it is more cost effective to have a couple longer sessions to start, while they are learning to work with EFT themselves. Later, if they get stuck on something or need help they book a shorter follow up session.

I can accept payment online by credit card through PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account. If you're not in the Southeast Michigan area, and I'm working with you remotely, this will most likely be the easiest option for you.

To pay by credit card, first contact me by e-mail or phone to set up an appointment, then return to this page at least 24 hours before our appointment, click the PayPal button, and enter the information that the service asks for. You and I will already have discussed the amount of the payment, so please enter that amount and follow the prompts, and PayPal will take care of things from there. PayPal sends us both an e-mail confirmation of the payment, and guarantees your security and privacy.

You are also still welcome to send a check or money order through the mail, although I must receive your payment 24 hours before our appointment time.

If you are in the Southeast Michigan area and I'm working with you face to face, you can pay by check, cash, or money order at the time of the session, or you can pay online at least 24 hours before our session.
